Founder and President Tracy Becker, has been leading North Shore Advisory, Inc. for over two decades. Her drive and desire to uncover creative solutions to credit reporting errors, creditor mistakes, and consumer missteps has placed her at the top of the credit restoration and education industry. 

Tracy has further created a highly successful culture for her company, striving for excellence by bringing intelligence, passion, creativity, energy, and intuition together with research, education, and credit expertise. She leads by example always pursuing better ways to bring consumers, professionals, and businesses greater credit success.

Tracy has recently published her second book “Credit Score Power” and has a segment pertaining to credit on the “Eye on Real Estate”, WOR AM radio show hosted by Dottie Herman, CEO and President of Prudential Douglas Elliman. Chosen by Dottie because of her ability to view credit with a consumers’ real estate, mortgage, and financial success in mind, Tracy contributes as the “Credit Expert”. In addition to radio, she has been interviewed on National Television and is a published writer of many cutting edge credit articles as well as being quoted often in publications like the NY Times, Daily News, American Banker, CPA Journal, and more. Tracy also has her own column that is published in the Gannett News.

Beginning her career as a Financial and Insurance Advisor, she quickly became one of the leading Estate Planners in her organization. Winner of the Bronze Award for being among the top ten in her agency, Tracy was also listed in Time magazine as a Top Ten advisor for Northwestern Mutual.

She founded North Shore Advisory, Inc. because she saw firsthand how much misinformation there was in the field of credit. Her proficiency and in-depth knowledge of credit and the scoring systems have allowed her to assist thousands of people, leading them into better credit and ultimately, financial health and more opportunity.

Amanda Figueroa
Vice President of Operations

Amanda Figueroa is Vice President of Operations at North Shore Advisory, Inc. She manages and directs the daily operational activities of the business, including overseeing the Administration, Credit Evaluation Team, & Business Development divisions.

Jared Marcus
Senior Executive Credit Expert

Jared Marcus is a Fico Certified Professional and possesses a highly sophisticated knowledge of credit laws and consumer rights.  He is our executive credit expert focusing on forensic credit analysis and bringing in-depth knowledge of creditor behavior and responsibility to our team.

Sheila Rodriguez is the Marketing and Social Media Executive for North Shore Advisory, Inc. She manages all components of the business’ social media platform.
